He worked in my team for nearly 3 years. I found that he is very talented and hard-worker. He is flexible in meeting the business needs. One interesting ability of Joseph is that he can do programming in multiple languages like Java, .NET (C#, ASP), C/C++. He was choosen to be trained on Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM 2010 R2) product implementation in the bank and he has proven his quick adaptability by not only learning it in few months, but also by becoming an architect in the product in less than a year. Joseph has the potential to become a software architect in very near future.

It was my great privilege to work with Joseph at Crimsonlogic. Joseph is an expert in many Software Engineering aspects. His knowledge in Java/JavaEE is phenomenal. He has given me his guidance in many technical issues, I can guarantee he is ready for any programming related challenges. Most importantly, this guy is a very talented basketball player, do not challenge him on the basketball court. make sure to team up with him ;) He is a humble guy with a great will power and great sense of humor.
